ကာဇက်စတန် - စင်ကာပူကုန်သွယ်ရေးဝန်ဆောင်မှုနှင့် ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုသဘောတူစာချုပ် (Agreement on Trade in Services and Investment between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Singapore) ကို ၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ်၊ မေလ ၂၂ ရက်နေ့တွင် စင်ကာပူနိုင်ငံ လူ့စွမ်းအားဝန်ကြီးဌာန (Ministry of Manpower) ဝန်ကြီးနှင့် ကုန်သွယ်ရေးနှင့်စက်မှုဝန်ကြီးဌာန (Ministry of Trade and Industry) ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီး Dr. Tan See Leng နှင့် ကာဇက်စတန်နိုင်ငံ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးချုပ်နှင့် ကုန်သွယ်ရေးနှင့်ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုဝန်ကြီးဌာန (Ministry of Trade and Integration) ဝန်ကြီး Serik Zhumangarin တို့က စင်ကာပူနိုင်ငံသမ္မတ Halimah Yacob နှင့်ကာဇက်စတန်သမ္မတ Kassym-Jomart Tokayev တို့၏ရှေ့မှောက်တွင် လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးခဲ့ပါသည်။ လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးမှုကို စင်ကာပူနိုင်ငံသမ္မတ Halimah Yacob ၏ ကာဇက်စတန်နိုင်ငံသို့ သွားရောက်ခဲ့သည့်ခရီးစဉ်အတွင်း ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။
လူ့စွမ်းအားဝန်ကြီးဌာန (Ministry of Manpower) ဝန်ကြီး Dr. Tan See Leng က ဝန်ဆောင်မှုနှင့်ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုသဘောတူစာချုပ်သည် အရေးပါသည့်မှတ်တိုင်တစ်ခုဖြစ်ပြီး စင်ကာပူနိုင်ငံနှင့်ကာဇက်စတန်နိုင်ငံအကြား ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုတိုးမြှင့်ရေးကို ဦးတည်ပါကြောင်း၊ နှစ်နိုင်ငံပြည်သူများနှင့် စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းအတွက် ဖြစ်နိုင်ချေရှိသည့်အခွင့်အလမ်းများရရှိရန် နှစ်နိုင်ငံ၏ကတိကဝတ်လည်းဖြစ်ကြောင်း၊ သဘောတူစာချုပ်သည် အခွင့်အလမ်းများစွာရှိသည့် ကာဇက်စတန်နိုင်ငံသို့ စင်ကာပူကုမ္ပဏီများသွားရောက်လုပ်ငန်းလုပ်ကိုင်ရာတွင် လွယ်ကူချောမွေ့စေမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ဒေသတွင်း၌ လုပ်ငန်းစတင်ဆောင်ရွက်ရာတွင်လည်း လွယ်ကူချောမွေ့စေမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း ပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။
ကာဇက်စတန် - စင်ကာပူဝန်ဆောင်မှုနှင့် ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုသဘောတူစာချုပ်ကြောင့် စင်ကာပူကုမ္ပဏီများအနေဖြင့် ၁၅ မျိုးထက်မနည်းသည့် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုလုပ်ငန်းများကို ကာဇက်စတန်ဈေးကွက်တွင် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်မည်ဖြစ်ကာ စင်ကာပူရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံသူများလည်း ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုပြုလုပ်ရာတွင် အကာအကွယ်ရရှိမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
စင်ကာပူနိုင်ငံ၏ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုလုပ်ငန်းများ၊ ၎င်းဝန်ဆောင်မှုလုပ်ငန်းများနှင့် ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုတို့မှတစ်ဆင့် နည်းပညာရှင်များ၊ ကျွမ်းကျင်ပညာရှင်များ ကာဇက်စတန်ဈေးကွက်သို့ ဝင်ရောက်နိုင်မှုရရှိမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး စင်ကာပူရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုလုပ်ငန်းများလည်း အကာအကွယ်အပြည့်အဝဖြင့် လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်မည်ဖြစ်ရာ ကာဇက်စတန်နိုင်ငံနှင့် ယခုကဲ့သို့သဘောတူစာချုပ်လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးခြင်းသည် အာရှအလယ်ပိုင်းဒေသကို စင်ကာပူနိုင်ငံ၏ ဈေးကွက်ချဲ့ထွင်မှုတစ်ခုဖြစ်ကြောင်း သုံးသပ်ရပါသည်။
