အလုပ်ရှင်နှင့်အလုပ်သမားဆက်ဆံရေးပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်စေခြင်းဖြင့် ကုန်ထုတ်လုပ်မှုများတိုးမြှင့် စေခြင်းနှင့်မြန်မာ့အထည်ချုပ်လုပ်ငန်းကဏ္ဍ နိုင်ငံတကာတွင်ယှဉ်ပြိုင်နိုင်စွမ်းအား တိုးတက်လာ ရန်ရည်ရွယ်၍အထည်ချုပ်လုပ်ငန်းကဏ္ဍ၏အလုပ်ရှင်နှင့်အလုပ်သမားဆက်ဆံရေးနှင့် ကုန်ထုတ် စွမ်းအားဆိုင်ရာဆွေးနွေးပွဲ(Seminar on Industrial Relations and Productivity in Garment Sector) ကို မြန်မာကုန်သွယ်မှုမြှင့်တင်ရေးအဖွဲ့က International Growth Centre -IGC) ESifh Centre for Economic and Social Development -CESD)တို့နှင့်ပူး ပေါင်း၍ ရန်ကုန်မြို့ Park Royal Hotel တွင်၂၀၁၉ ခုနှစ် ၊ဇူလိုင်လ ၂၆ ရက်နေ့တွင်ကျင်းပ ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ပါ သည်။

ဆွေးနွေးပွဲတွင် CESD မှ ဒုတိယဥက္ကဌ ဒေါက်တာတင်မောင်မောင်သန်း ၊ မြန်မာကုန်သွယ်မှုမြှင့် တင်ရေးအဖွဲ့မှ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူး ဦးသန်းမြင့်ဦး ၊ IGC မှ Country Director Mr. Iran Porter တို့ကအဖွင့်အမှာစကားပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။ ဆက်လက်၍ ဦးမင်းဇာနည်လင်း (CESD) မှ Economic and Social Upgrading Dynamics in Myanmar's Garment Sector, Dr. Rocco Macchiabello (London School of Economic and Political Science ) မှ (Productivity in the Garment Sector နှင့် Communication Frictions and Knowledge Transfers  ) Dr. Mari Tanaka (Hitotsubashi University) မှ Industrial Relations and Workplace Communication in Myanmar Garment Sector  နှင့်  Dr.Laura Boudreau (Columbia Business School) တို့မှ (Multinational Enforcement of  Lobour Law) ခေါင်းစဉ်အသီးသီးဖြင့် ရှင်းလင်းဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ပါသည်။

ဆွေးနွေးပွဲသို့ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအထည်ချုပ်လုပ်ငန်းနှင့်ဆက်စပ်လျက်ရှိသောဌာနဆိုင်ရာ အသီးသီးမှ တာဝန်ရှိသူများ ၊ (International Growth Centre -IGC) နှင့် Centre for Economic and Social Development -CESD)  မှ တာဝန်ရှိသူများအသင်းအဖွဲ့များ၊ ကုမ္ပဏီများမှတာဝန်ရှိသူ များတက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။
