စင်ကာပူနိုင်ငံ ကုန်သွယ်ရေးနှင့်စက်မှုဝန်ကြီးဌာန ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီး Dr. Tan See Leng သည် ဗီယက်နမ်နိုင်ငံသို့ သွားရောက်ခဲ့သည့်ခရီးစဉ်တွင် တာဝန်ရှိသူများနှင့်တွေ့ဆုံခဲ့ပြီး စင်ကာပူနိုင်ငံသည် ဗီယက်နမ်နိုင်ငံ၏ ကုန်သွယ်မှုနှင့်ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုတွင် အရေးကြီးသည့်မိတ်ဖက်နိုင်ငံဖြစ်ကြောင်း ထပ်မံအတည်ပြုခဲ့ပါသည်။

Nguyen Chi Dung ၊ Minister of Investment and Trade H.E. Nguyen Hong Dien ၊ Minister of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs H.E. Dao Ngoc Dung နှင့် Minister of Natural Resources and Environment H.E. Dang Kuoc Khanh တို့နှင့်တွေ့ဆုံခဲ့ပြီး ပြန်လည်ပြည့်ဖြိုးမြဲစွမ်းအင်၊ ရေရှည်ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုနှင့် တီထွင်ဆန်းသစ်မှု စသည့်နယ်ပယ်များနှင့်စပ်လျဉ်း၍ ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ပါသည်။
အဆိုပါခရီးစဉ်တွင် Singapore Business Federation က ၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ်၊ ဇူလိုင်လ ၇ ရက်နေ့တွင် ဦးစီးကျင်းပခဲ့သည့် 7th Singapore Regional Business Forum သို့ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပြီး အဖွင့်အမှာစကား ပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။ Business Forum တွင် နားလည်မှုစာချွန်လွှာ ၁၂ ခုကို လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးခဲ့ပြီး SBF-United Overseas Bank (UOB) Joint Corporate Social Responsibility Initiative ကို ကြေညာခဲ့ပါသည်။ ရေရှည်ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှု၊ ဒီဂျစ်တယ်ကဏ္ဍ၊ ငွေကြေးဝန်ဆောင်မှု၊ လူ့စွမ်းအားဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှု စသည့်နယ်ပယ်များတွင် လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးခဲ့ခြင်းသည် နှစ်နိုင်ငံအပြန်အလှန်အကျိုးဖြစ်ထွန်းစေမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး စင်ကာပူနှင့်ဗီယက်နမ်စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းများအကြား ပိုမိုပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်စေမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ SBF-United Overseas Bank (UOB) Joint Corporate Social Responsibility Initiative အရ Singapore Business Federation နှင့် UOB တို့သည် University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) အတွက် စင်ကာပူဒေါ်လာ ၅၀,၀၀၀ ကိုထောက်ပံ့ပေးမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ကျောင်းသားကျောင်းသူ ၁,၀၀၀ အတွက် စွမ်းဆောင်ရည်နှင့် အတွေ့အကြုံများရရှိနိုင်ရန်အတွက် ထောက်ပံ့ပေးခြင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။
ကုန်သွယ်မှုနှင့်ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုတို့တွင် ၂၀၂၂ ခုနှစ်၌ နှစ်နိုင်ငံကုန်သွယ်မှုသည် စင်ကာပူဒေါ်လာ ၃၁.၃ ဘီလီယံရှိခဲ့ပြီး ဗီယက်နမ်နိုင်ငံသည် စင်ကာပူနိုင်ငံ၏ ၁၁ နိုင်ငံမြောက် အကြီးဆုံးကုန်သွယ်ဖက်နိုင်ငံဖြစ်ပါသည်။ စင်ကာပူနိုင်ငံသည် ဗီယက်နမ်နိုင်ငံ၏ အကြီးဆုံးရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုနိုင်ငံဖြစ်ပြီး အမေရိကန်ဒေါ်လာ ၆.၄၆ ဘီလီယံရှိပါသည်။ ၂၀၂၂ ခုနှစ်၊ ဒီဇင်ဘာလအထိ ဗီယက်နမ်နိုင်ငံတွင် စင်ကာပူနိုင်ငံ၏ စုစုပေါင်းရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုပမာဏမှာ အမေရိကန်ဒေါ်လာ ၇၀.၈ ဘီလီယံရှိပါသည်။ ဒေသတွင်း၌လည်း စင်ကာပူနိုင်ငံနှင့် ဗီယက်နမ်နိုင်ငံတို့သည် မိတ်ဖက်နိုင်ငံများဖြစ်ပြီး Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) နှင့် Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) စသည့် လွတ်လပ်သောကုန်သွယ်မှုသဘောတူစာချုပ်များ၏ စာချုပ်ဝင်နိုင်ငံများဖြစ်ပါသည်။
